Late in 1962, Alfa Romeo introduced the Giulia as the successor to the Giulietta. It featured the renowned 1.6-liter twin overhead camshaft inline-four engine, producing 109 horsepower in the specification used in the Giulia Sprint GTV.
Performance matched its elegant design, with 0–60 mph achievable in approximately 11 seconds and a top speed of around 116 mph. The Giulia combined classic Italian styling with lively performance, making it one of Alfa Romeo’s most celebrated models.
