The exterior is unmodified with the exception of the script Dino badge on the hood added by prior owner. The 1987cc aluminum V6 has dual chain-driven overhead camshafts and a 65° angle between cylinder banks. This engine is believed original and was rated at 158 hp when new. The Dinoplex C ignition box was replaced after a system failure common to Dinos. Mechanical work completed during the seller’s ownership includes: Oil/filter change, Engine and gearbox testing, New clutch, New clutch pump, Alternator refurbished. 2.0L Dinos use a Fiat-designed all-synchromesh 5-speed manual transmission that sends power to the rear wheels through a limited-slip differential. Underbody work five years ago included brake system testing, as well as the installation of a new exhaust system and new rear damper.
