Looking for a classic truck with a more modern look and a long list of creature comforts? Check out this 1946 Chevrolet pickup! The all-steel body with only fiberglass rear fenders has been placed on a 1972 Chevrolet ¾ ton chassis with 4-wheel drive! A new Jasper crate 350 CID V8 engine rumbles under the hood and is backed by a 700R4 4-speed automatic, making this a great cruiser! Vintage Air A/C blows cold and a new AM/FM/Bluetooth/Sirius XM radio has been installed. Power leather bucket seats are very comfortable and put you at just the right height to look down on everyone you pass. Tilt steering makes it easy to climb in and out of this beast! Moto Metal wheels are wrapped in 33” all-terrain tires that give this truck an incredibly tough and capable look! The Medium Blue Metallic paint glistens in the sun and plays nicely with all the chrome these 1946 Chevys had. From that iconic grill, to the hood sides and bumpers, the exterior of these trucks were maybe more form than function! A wood bed keeps this truck useable, and a toolbox provides good storage and houses the relocated battery. Rough Country shocks and steering stabilizers keep this big 4×4 in line as you cruise down the road. Hit the switches on the door and the power windows drop out of sight and allow fresh air in the cab. The 4×4 is all there and functioning but the front and rear axles are geared differently, believed to be a 3.77 up front and a 4.56 ratio in the back. So to make it work as it should, you would need to replace either the front or rear gears to make them match.
