Clean steel body. It is an older paint job and there are no problem areas showing- no bubbles or damage. The paint shows very well, smooth and glossy. Up close you may find flaws. Extra features include grill gaurd, wing tips on the bumpers, locking gas cap, dual mirrors and dual spot lights. The wheels have Deluxe trim and Firestone white walls. The black cloth convertible top is excellent. It has maroon piping.
Inside is very well preserved, I actually think the genuine leather upholstery is original. The door panels look like they’ve been replaced. The dash area is nice. The temperature, oil pressure and fuel gauges work. Speedo works. It has the correct rubber mats in front with carpet in the back.
The flathead V-8, 221 ci, 85 hp motor is believed to be rebuilt. It runs smooth, the paint looks fresh, bolts are clean. The entire compartment looks very nice. Fuel pump is new. Upgraded to a 12 volt electrical system with a battery disconnect. The generator is upgraded with alternator internals. The dual note trumpet horns work. The firewall and under the hood are painted nicely. The wiring looks real good. It has an electric fan in front to help keep it cool. This is a good ole original example!
